The mugs had appropriate Christmas designs. However, the quality of the glazing was not good. One mug had a significant gap in the glazing on the outside and another had an imperfection on the rim. All mugs developed marks inside which I believe was as a result of inferior glazing. Very disappointing purchase and definitely not worth the £20 purchase price. Not fit for purpose.

Lovely design but not fine bone china. More like pottery type mugs as they are thick. Very well packed but on opening one mug has a broken handle which I suspect was the case when they were despatched. Offered to accept a reduction from Amazon and keep 3 but as a third party seller I only had the option to keep them with no reduction or return all 4 for a refund, which I will have to do. Quite disappointed.
