The cup is rather ordinary, double insulated. Lid can sometimes leak as on the beginning it is easy to close it the wrong way with a bit stiff seal. The print of very good quality however price tag especially without straw is a bit high. Package if fairly secur with small presentation window

With regards to value for money, personally, I don’t think it’s worth £19.99 as it does not include a straw or straw cleaning brush. Came well boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap. I really like this insulated mug, it keeps drinks hot/cold for hours and the lid has an excellent seal so it doesn't leak even if tipped over. I really like the design, it's sentimental without being too twee and the colours are vibrant. Its large enough to hold a large coffee from the coffee chain of your choice, and it's robust enough construction to cope with daily use. Its easy to clean, and functional in that it fits in the cup holder in my car. Overall I'm very happy with this insulated mug, its excellent quality, well designed and good value. I'd definitely recommend it. 5*

I actually got this for myself rather than as a gift and I’m really happy with it. The 20oz size is perfect for both hot and cold drinks and it feels sturdy with good insulation. The black finish looks sleek and the printed message adds a nice touch. Even if it was meant as a gift item it still makes for a unique and personal tumbler. Good quality overall and definitely worth it.

I'll be blunt about this, because the quality isn't really all that high but as a little extra gift it's quite nice. The sentiment is good and I think that's what people will remember about it. I doubt that many people will use it to drink very often. It's the kind of thing that will get put on a shelf or in a cupboard and every now and then when you see it you'll remember the birthday. But a quality drinking item, it's not.

Very sturdy. Quality printing with bold colours that are fully representative of the promotional photographs. I can't fully quantify how leak proof it may or not be, but this is the sort of tumbler I'd have around the house; on my coffee table, at my desk. It does what it sets our to do and fulfills it's promises succinctly. The only think missing from the package would be a straw. Sometimes the lids are a mouthful, and with a smaller tumbler of this type a metal straw was included in the box, which is perfect for sipping at as the coffee cools. Hopefully the manufacturers include this within the next iteration of the product.
