It is exactly what it says.... A personalized mug. However it is also more. The artwork is tasteful and well done. The packaging is supreme. I received mine I'm a polystyrene (assumed the material) case and a box. It was definitely shipped safely. I especially enjoyed the little touches of the thank you card and the pamphlets with the parcel. I intend to purchase more from this company. I would 200% recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this as a little extra present for my niece who is hosting an early Christmas get together for the family.
